Groupe Guillin announces that it has acquired a 49% stake in Wobz, a specialist in the personalization of containers for all types of family or group events, offering in particular a wide range of reusable cups.

Wobz has developed a unique and innovative online personalization tool, connected to a first-rate proprietary digital industrial tool. In 2023, it achieved sales of 10 million euros, with strong growth, and employs 60 people.

'For Groupe Guillin's customers, this acquisition is, once again, an opportunity to gain access to an even wider range of multi-material food packaging solutions, meeting all their needs', it explains.
