Fenaco Genossenschaft agreed to acquire business of cereal collection and real estate from Groupe Minoteries SA.

Groupe Minoteries SA is a Switzerland-based Company primarily engaged in the production of milled flour and grains. In addition, the Company has five production sites, all located domestically. The Company diversifies its activities through such business units as: Mino-Flour, Bruggmuhle Goldach AG AG Intermill, Steiner Muhle AG and Bonvita AG. Mino-Flour is engaged in the flour suppy; Bruggmuhle Goldach AG AG Intermill focuses on the services and marketing support related to bakers; Steiner Muhle AG which specializes in the processing of cereals and oilseeds; Bonvita AG which is a producer of breadcrumbs.
