Three Mexican airport operators had declines of more than 20% in prices of their American depositary receipts Thursday after Mexico's Federal Civil Aviation Agency changed the terms of tariff base regulation.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, which said late Wednesday that the regulation was amended unilaterally and without any previous communication with the company, was down 24% to $125.09. The ADRs are down about 14% for the year.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste ADRs were down 20% to $194.79, having fallen about 16% for the year, and Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte ADRs slid 31% to $61.01.
