Grupo Kuo, S.A.B. de C.V. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2017. For the quarter, net revenue was MXN 6,075 million compared to MXN 5,317 million a year ago. Operating profit was MXN 824 million compared to MXN 493 million a year ago. Operating cash flow (EBITDA) was MXN 1,307 million compared to MXN 934 million a year ago. Profit before income taxes and discontinued operations were MXN 750 million compared to MXN 57 million a year ago. Profit from continuing operations were MXN 575 million compared to MXN 653 million a year ago. Consolidated net profit was MXN 558 million compared to MXN 691 million a year ago. On pro forma basis, net revenue was MXN 9,767 million compared to MXN 8,120 million a year ago. Operating profit was MXN 974 million compared to MXN 650 million a year ago. Operating cash flow (EBITDA) was MXN 1,307 million compared to MXN 934 million a year ago. Profit before income taxes and discontinued operations were MXN 833 million compared to MXN 147 million a year ago. Profit from continuing operations were MXN 573 million compared to MXN 652 million a year ago. Consolidated net profit was MXN 556 million compared to MXN 689 million a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported net revenue was MXN 12,457 million compared to MXN 10,232 million a year ago. Operating profit was MXN 1,617 million compared to MXN 1,057 million a year ago. Operating cash flow (EBITDA) was MXN 2,576 million compared to MXN 1,889 million a year ago. Profit before income taxes and discontinued operations were MXN 1,899 million compared to MXN 349 million a year ago. Profit from continuing operations were MXN 1,617 million compared to MXN 866 million a year ago. Consolidated net profit was MXN 1,556 million compared to MXN 928 million a year ago. On pro forma basis, net revenue of MXN 20,178 million compared to MXN 15,956 million a year ago. Operating profit was MXN 1,980 million compared to MXN 1,309 million a year ago. Operating cash flow (EBITDA) was MXN 2,576 million compared to MXN 1,889 million a year ago. Profit before income taxes and discontinued operations were MXN 2,148 million compared to MXN 516 million a year ago. Profit from continuing operations were MXN 1,614 million compared to MXN 865 million a year ago. Consolidated net profit was MXN 1,554 million compared to MXN 927 million a year ago.
