Shenzhen Guocheng Energy Investment Development Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 8% in Beijing Qianjing Landscape Co.,Ltd from Hui Quanfu and Yang Jing for approximately CNY 210 million.

Guosheng Shian Technology Co Ltd, formerly Beijing Qianjing Landscape Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the forest landscape business and photovoltaic business. The Company is engaged in the entire industry chain of integrated operations including technology research and development, seedling planting and maintenance, garden landscape design, and engineering construction. Garden engineering construction includes municipal greening, greenhouse landscape, real estate landscape, ecological wetland, ecological restoration and other services. The Company is also engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of large-scale, high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic cells, components, silicon wafers, and integrated wind and solar energy storage power stations.
