Paccard eight GmbH completed the acquisition of additional 10.98% stake in GxP German Properties AG.

GxP German Properties AG, formerly GxP German Properties AG (Pre-Reincorporation), is a Germany-based real estate company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of office and retail properties. The Company invests in commercial properties in the Core+/Value-added segments in metropolitan regions and selected mid-sized cities in Germany. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 12 office properties with a combined leasable area of approximately 106,712 square meters. The properties are located across Germany, in such cities as Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt and Hanover. In addition to its own portfolio, GxP German Properties AG invests in real estate together with institutional investors as part of its asset management business.
