HBD,Inc entered into a letter of agreement to acquire HTB Energy CO., Ltd from H.I.S. Co., Ltd. (TSE:9603) on March 31, 2022. HTB,Inc signed an agreement to acquire HTB Energy CO., Ltd from H.I.S. Co.,Ltd on April 28, 2022. HBD will acquire approximately 2.51 million shares constituting a 100% stake.

HTB Energy has a total assets of ¥10,291 million, net assets of ¥-9,201 million, sales of ¥37,141 million, EBIT of ¥9,406 million and net income of ¥-9,966 million as of September 30, 2021. The transaction is expected to close on May 20, 2022.
