SAN DIEGO (AP) — SAN DIEGO (AP) — Halozyme Therapeutics Inc. (HALO) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $85.4 million.

The San Diego-based company said it had net income of 65 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 82 cents per share.

The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 82 cents per share.

The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $230 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $235.3 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $281.6 million, or $2.10 per share. Revenue was reported as $829.3 million.

Halozyme Therapeutics expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.55 to $3.90 per share, with revenue in the range of $915 million to $985 million.
