Hanfeng Evergreen Terminates the Arrangement Agreement

Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company manufactures value-added fertilizer for the agricultural markets in the People's Republic of China (China) and South-East Asia. The Company’s products include Slow-release fertilizer, Premium NPK fertilizer, Sulfur Coated Urea (SCU) fertilizer, Urease Inhibitor and UF (Urea Formaldehyde) Technology. Slow-release fertilizer releases nutrients to plants over time. There are two main types of slow-release fertilizers: coated products, in which a physical barrier restricts contact with soil moisture, and reacted chemical fertilizers, in which molecules are chemically altered to form polymers with reduced solubility. Premium NPK fertilizer contains the nutrients nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K), in a ratio tailored to a specific plant's nutritional needs, taking into account soil and climatic conditions. SCU fertilizer is a slow-release fertilizer that is made by coating urea with sulfur and wax.
