Beijing Sinoiov Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 235,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 1, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Investor 1 for CNY 50,000,000 for 0.955% stake, Investor 2 for CNY 50,000,000 for 0.955% stake, Investor 3 for CNY 50,000,000 for 0.955% stake, Investor 4 for CNY 25,000,000 for 0.478% stake, Investor 5 for CNY 35,000,000 for 0.669% stake and Hangzhou Hopechart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688288) for CNY 50,000,000 for 0.955% stake. The investors will acquire a total of 4.49% stake in the company. Out of the total gross proceeds, CNY 5,420,937 will go towards registered capital and CNY 229,579,063 will go towards capital reserve of the company. At present, the registered capital of the company is CNY 115,339,088. The transaction has been approved in the 23rd session of the 1st directorate and the 16th session of the 1st supervisory board of Hangzhou Hopechart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688288).
