Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited, formerly Clear Lift Holdings Limited, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the construction machinery related businesses. The Company operates through three business segments: trading of construction machinery and spare parts segment, rental of construction machinery segment and provision of transportation services segment. The principal construction machinery includes the crawler cranes, aerial platforms and foundation equipment. The Company sources construction machinery mainly through the manufacturers of construction machinery located in developed countries in Western Europe and in Northern Asia, as well as traders of used construction machinery around the world.
