On May 28, 2020, the board of supervisors of Harbin Air Conditioning Co.,Ltd. received resignation application from supervisor Luo Qun for applying for resignation from duty of supervisor of the 7th board of supervisors due to job transfer. As number of members of the board of supervisors is less than quorum due to resignation of Luo Qun from duty of supervisor, Luo Qun will continue to fulfill duty of supervisor according to relevant regulations before new supervisor takes office.

The Company's major products are air coolers for petrochemical factories and air coolers for power plants. Its air coolers for petrochemical factories are applied in condensation and cooling of industry mediums in petrochemical, coal chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
