Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 15% stake in Harbin Bank Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. from Dongning Lizhi Architecture and Decoration Engineering Company Limited for approximately CNY 490 million.
