Harita Seating Systems Limited Announces Resignation of Martin Grammer from the Board the Company as Director

Harita Seating Systems Limited informed that Mr. Martin Grammer (DIN: 00061786) vide his letter dated 2nd December 2020 has resigned from the Board of the Company as director with effect from the close of business hours of 2nd December 2020 due to time constraints arising on account of pre- occupancy and other personal reasons. Further in his letter, he confirmed that there is no reason for his resignation other than that stated above.
