HealthStream Declares Special Dividend Payable on April 3, 2018; Announces Resignation of Jeff Doster as Chief Information Officer as of March 30

HealthStream declared a special dividend of $1 per share from proceeds of the divestiture of its PX business. The bonus is payable on April 3, 2018, to investors on record by March 6, 2018.
The company said Jeff Doster is resigning as chief information officer as of March 30, but he will stay on contract for a smooth transition.
