The Company’s divisions include the Industrial Hemp Infrastructure; the Hemp Farming Infrastructure; Hemp CBD/CBG/CBG Products; the Hemp Educational Infrastructure; the Hemp Marketing Infrastructure; Accessories Products and Services; Research and Development; Industrial Hemp Investments and Joint Ventures, and Industrial Hemp Consulting. The Industrial Hemp Infrastructure consists of its multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operation in Spring Hope, North Carolina. The Industrial Hemp Infrastructure products include DrillWall and Spill-Be-Gone. The Hemp Farming Infrastructure consists of hemp and kenaf growing in multiple locations, farm equipment, cloning rooms, clones and seeds and others. The Hemp Educational Infrastructure includes the Company’s Hemp University, which focuses on educating and empowering Hemp farmers and entrepreneurs with knowledge, processing, infrastructure and support.
