Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002321) signed an Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire an additional 41% stake in Henan Huaying Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Ren Hongxing, Hu Kui, Li Jianxin, Wang Wei and others for CNY 12 million on October 27, 2022. Payment is funded from Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002321) own funds. The transaction is subject to approval from board of directors of Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002321). The board Henan Huaying Agricultural Development has approved the deal on October 27, 2022.
