Hester Biosciences Limited recommended a dividend of INR 8 per equity share (80%) on 8,506,865 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23, amounting to INR 68.05 million. The dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid to those shareholders, whose names registered in the Register of Members on cut-off date. The Dividend Pay-out Ratio for the current year is 21% of standalone profits.
The dividend pay-out is in accordance with the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy. Dividend Payment Date On or after Monday, 25 September 2023.
