Innox Global Multiventures Private Limited, Opelina Sustainable Services Limited, Siddeshwari Tradex Private Limited and Jindal Stainless Limited agreed to acquire Hexa Tradex Limited from OPJ Trading Private Limited, Sigma Tech Inc, Virtuous Tradecorp Private Limited and others for INR 110 million.
