Maisons France Confort S.A. Reports Sales Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2017; Provides Production and Turnover Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2017 and 2018

Maisons France Confort S.A. reported sales results for the third quarter and nine ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported sales were EUR 164.1 million against EUR 129.0 million a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported sales were EUR 535.6 million against EUR 441.3 million a year ago.
For fiscal year 2017, taking into account the level of work in progress, company confirms the double-digit growth of its production. The renovation activity should represent a turnover of about EUR 100 million. Operating profitability will show a marked improvement over 31 December 2016.
For 2018, the company anticipates further growth in its activity regarding the commercial dynamic of the renovation activity and sales made in home construction since the beginning of 2017, the company anticipates further growth in its activity.
HEXAOM is France's No. 1 builder of individual homes in various areas (land purchased separately by the customer). Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- construction, renovation and sales of individual and collective housing (98.4%): notably under the national names of Maisons France Confort, Maisons Balency and Maisons de Manon and the regional names of Maisons de l'Avenir, OC Résidences, Maisons Berval, Maisons Horizon, Azur & Construction and Maisons Côte Atlantique. Moreover, the group offers small-plan sales operations (from 2 to 20 houses for which the transfer of ownership occurs gradually by accession as work advances);
- services (1.6%): moving, tele-surveillance, interior and exterior decorating, etc.
At the end of 2023, homes were being marketed through more than 500 commercial offices located in France.
