HH Biotechnology Holdings Company, formerly Great China International Holdings, Inc., is engaged in commercial and residential real estate investment, development, sales and/or management in the city of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Company's business segments are Property for sale, and Rental income and Income of management fee of commercial buildings. The Company conducts all operations through its direct and indirect subsidiaries, which include Shenyang Maryland International Industry Company Limited and Silverstrand International Holdings Company Limited. It is focused primarily on real estate leasing, management and consulting activities in the city of Shenyang. The Company's leasing and management services are conducted primarily with respect to its real estate projects, which include President Building, Chenglong Garden and the Maryland Building. It also holds over 2,190 square meters of retail space in Qiyun New Village.
