The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the joint administration of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Hi-Crush Inc. and its affiliates on July 12, 2020. The affiliates include OnCore Processing LLC, Hi-Crush Augusta LLC, Hi-Crush Whitehall LLC, PDQ Properties LLC, Hi-Crush Wyeville Operating LLC, D & I Silica, LLC, Hi-Crush Blair LLC, Hi-Crush LMS LLC, Hi-Crush Investments Inc., Hi-Crush Permian Sand LLC, Hi-Crush Proppants LLC, Hi-Crush PODS LLC, Hi-Crush Canada Inc., Hi-Crush Holdings LLC, Hi-Crush Services LLC, BulkTracer Holdings LLC, Pronghorn Logistics Holdings, LLC, FB Industries USA Inc., FB Logistics, LLC, PropDispatch LLC and Pronghorn Logistics, LLC. The cases would be jointly administered for administrative and procedural purposes. Hi-Crush Inc., has been designated as the lead debtor.

Hi-Crush Inc., formerly Hi-Crush Partners LP, is an integrated producer, transporter, marketer and distributor of monocrystalline sand, a specialized mineral that is used as a proppant to manage the recovery rates of hydrocarbons from oil and natural gas wells. Its reserves consist of northern white sand, a resource in Wisconsin and limited portions of the upper Midwest region of the United States. It owns and operates a portfolio of sand facilities with on-site wet and dry plant assets, including direct access to the United States railroads for distribution to in-basin terminals. It owns and operates a network of strategically located terminals and an integrated distribution system throughout North America, including its PropStream integrated logistics solution, which delivers proppant into the blender at the well site.
