Hi-P International Limited Approves Final Tax-Exempt One-Tier Dividend, Payable on 1 July 2020

Hi-P International Limited announced that the share transfer books and register of members of company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 23 June 2020 ("Record Date") for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the final tax-exempt one-tier dividend of SGD 0.02 per ordinary share in the capital of the company ("Final Dividend") which was approved by the members of the company at the annual general meeting of the company held on 15 June 2020. The Final Dividend will be paid on 1 July 2020.
