Hidrostal SA is a Peru-based company engaged in the development of machinery and equipment. The Company’s activities include the production, distribution and sale of centrifugal pumps, compressors, taps and mechanized valves, as well as the import and distribution of electric motors, power transformers and other related equipment. The Company’s products are used in the industrial, construction, energy, mining and engineering sectors, among others. The Company also offers technical support, installation and maintenance services. As of December 31, 2011, Hidrostal Holding AG was the Company’s majority shareholder with 51.57% of its interest.
