G-Tree Holdings Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire 3.92% stake in G-treeBNT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A115450) from Yang Won-seok for KRW 35.9 billion on December 29, 2020. Gtree Private Equity will acquire 1.05 million shares of G-treeBNT Co., Ltd. at KRW 34,040 per share. The purchase price will be paid on closing. The transaction is expected to close January 29, 2021. As per the correction report, the transaction is expected to close on February 26, 2021.

G-Tree Holdings Co.,Ltd. acquired 0.71 million shares at KRW 23,500 per share. The acquisition is self-funded by G-Tree Holdings Co.,Ltd.
