Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 1, 2023, Mikel Williamson notified Home BancShares, Inc. (the "Company")
of his intention to resign as an executive officer of the Company and as Texas
President of Happy State Bank, a division of the Company's bank subsidiary,
Centennial Bank. Mr. Williamson's resignation will be effective June 14, 2023.
Home BancShares, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company is primarily engaged in providing a range of commercial and retail banking and related financial services to businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals and municipalities through its wholly owned community bank subsidiary, Centennial Bank (the Bank). The Bank originates loans primarily secured by single and multi-family real estate, residential construction, and commercial buildings. In addition, the Bank makes loans to small and medium-sized commercial businesses as well as to consumers for a variety of purposes.
