Its real estate includes the equity method investments in Brooklyn Renaissance Holding Company LLC (BRP Holding) and Brooklyn Renaissance Hotel LLC (BRP Hotel). The Company is engaged in a range of activities, including design engineering; grading raw land; constructing public infrastructure, such as streets, utilities and public facilities, and finishing individual lots for home sites or other facilities. The Company's Rampage Property is a 1,544 acre grape vineyard located in southern Madera County, California.
