Horseshoe Metals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and resource development company. The company’s Horseshoe Lights and Kumarina projects are located in Western Australia, and the Glenloth project in South Australia. The Horseshoe Lights gold-copper mine and associated tenements are located approximately 800 kilometers (km) north-northeast of Perth and 140 km north of Meekatharra. The project comprises 17 tenements that cover an area of approximately 285 square kilometers (km2). The Kumarina Project is located approximately 250 km north of Meekatharra, and 95 km north of Sandfire Resources NL’s DeGrussa copper-gold mine in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The project tenure covers an area of approximately 3.2 km2. The Glenloth Gold Project is located approximately 50 km east of the 0.5 MOz Tunkillia Gold deposit. The project is comprised of two tenements covering a total of approximately 106 km2.
