HOTMAN Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3190) agreed to acquire Kitanihon Shaken Seibi Kojo Co., Ltd. on September 26, 2019. An agreement is expected to be signed on October 1, 2019. As per terms all 20,000 shares will be acquired. For the year ended June 30, 2019, Kitanihon Shaken Seibi Kojo Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥57 million, revenues of ¥170 million, operating loss of ¥7 million, net loss of ¥6 million and net assets of ¥26 million. The deal is expected to close on October 1, 2019.
