HSBC BANK OMAN S.A.O.G. HSBC Bank Oman S.A.O.G. appointed Aimen Ahmed Al Hosni as an interim independent director on the HBON Board of Directors until the upcoming Annual General Meeting, subject to Regulatory approval. Aimen Al Hosni was a member of the HBON Board from 2012 until March 2021. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Bachelors in Political Science.
Aimen holds a number of office and appointments, but notably he is the CEO of Oman Airports, sits as an independent non-executive director of Omantel and is Chairman of Oman National Engineering and Investment Company. The HBON Board appointed Aimen Al Hosni Deputy Chairman of the Board on 23rd February 2023.
