FLEXIGROUP APPOINTS AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

FlexiGroup Limited ("FlexiGroup" or "Group") (FXL: ASX) today approved the appointment of Carole Campbell as an independent Non-Executive director to the Board, effective 17 May 2018.

FlexiGroup Chairman Andrew Abercrombie said "Carole is a highly qualified, welcome addition to the Board as she brings over 30 years' experience in senior finance and treasury roles across multiple industries. Her skills will be invaluable in her role as Chair of the Audit Committee".

Ms Campbell's diverse industry experience spans professional services, financial services, media, mining & industrial services. Carole commenced her career in the Sydney and London offices of KPMG and has worked for Macquarie Bank, Westpac Institutional Bank, Seven Network, Bis Industries and Merivale.

Carole is a Council Member of the Australian Film Television and Radio School where she is Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee. She is also a Non-Executive Director of The Sydney Film Festival and Chair of its Finance Committee.
