IBIDEN CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in the manufacture of electronic and ceramic products. It operates in two business segments. The Electronics segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and package substrates, as well as the design of PCB patterns. The Ceramics segment offers environment related ceramic products, special carbon products, fine ceramic products and ceramic fibers.
