iCandy Interactive Limited (ASX:ICI) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 135,000,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve return on equity, cash flow per share and earnings per share for all shareholders.

The program will be funded from existing cash reserves. The program is subject to general meeting approval. The program will run through July 11, 2023.
