4 NEW ADMINISTRATORS APPOINTED TO ID LOGISTICS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Orgon, June 9th, 2021 - The General Assembly of ID Logistics Group, which was held on Monday May 31st, 2021, appointed 4 new administrators to the Board of Directors of the company.

HERVÉ MONTJOTIN

INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR AND MEMBER OF THE AUDIT

COMMITTEE

Hervé Montjotin, 56, has been a member of ID Logistics Group's board of directors since 2020 as censor. He is the president of SOCOTEC Group after having been the president of Norbert Dentressangle Group. Hervé Montjotin will bring his complete mastery of the development of an international service company, his perfect knowledge of the world of transport and logistics as well as his recognized expertise in terms of acquisitions.

ELÉONORE LADREIT DE LACHARRIÈRE

INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR

Eléonore Ladreit de Lacharrière, 41, is a member of the executive committee of the Fimalac Group. She also holds senior positions in cultural and social associations. Already a partner of the Group through the Culture and Diversity Fondation, she has been familiar with ID Logistics for a few years now. Éléonore de Lacharrière will bring ID Logistics Group her in-fine knowledge of CSR topics as well as her mastery of financial topics.

GERARD LAVINAY

INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR

After more than 40 years at Carrefour Group, Gérard Lavinay, 60, has held multiple responsibilities both as president of subsidiaries in Europe or Latin America or in general management positions at the headquarter. He will bring his exceptional knowledge of the international retail sector and its evolutions.

VERA GORBACHEVA

ADMINISTRATOR

Vera Gorbacheva, 45, has been the managing director of ID Logistics Russia since 2019, having been the deputy managing director since 2012. A Russian national, she is the first woman Ceo of a subsidiary of the Group. Vera Gorbacheva will bring her perfect knowledge of the Group's operations in Russia, a vision of logistics operations different from those in Western Europe as well as a strong sensitivity to human resources topics.

THE PROFILES IN DETAIL:

HERVÉ MONTJOTIN

A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure, "agrégé" in Social Sciences and holder of an ESCP master's degree, Hervé Montjotin began his career in 1989 at Bossard Consultants (now Cap Gemini). In 1995, he joined Norbert Dentressangle Group (now XPO Logistics). From 1995 to 2015, 20 years during which the Group's turnover increased from 300 million to 5 billion euros, where he was successively HR and Organization General Manager, General Manager in charge of the Transport Division (2005) and finally Chairman of the Executive Board (2012).

Since September 2016, he has been CEO of Groupe SOCOTEC (a major player in France in risk management, providing inspection, measurement, assistance and advice, certification, and training services).

ELÉONORE LADREIT DE LACHARRIÈRE

A graduate of Dauphine and ESSEC, she is a member of the Executive Committee of Fimalac, where she heads the Corporate Foundation, Culture & Diversité since its creation in 2006. Eléonore Ladreit de Lacharrière is a member of the Board of Directors of the Musée du Louvre and Chair of the Boards of Directors of the Musée Rodin and the Beaux-Arts de Paris.

GERARD LAVINAY

Gérard Lavinay began his career at Euromarché in 1980. He held several positions in this chain of hypermarkets taken over by Carrefour in 1991, first in store, then in the logistics department. Since 1998, he has held various positions within Carrefour in Greece, then the Executive Direction of Carrefour Chile in 2003. In 2004, he returned to France to hold the positions of Group Supply Chain Director, then General Manager of Information Systems Organization and Supply Chain for the Group. In 2008, he was appointed Executive Director Supermarkets France. Gérard Lavinay joined Carrefour Belgium in 2009 as Executive Director and Managing Director. In 2013, he supervised Carrefour's activities in Northern Europe (Belgium, Poland and Romania) and the international freight coordination and support teams. In 2017, Gérard Lavinay held the position of Executive Director of Goods, Flows and Formats. He was in charge of goods, own brand, supply chain and formats. After a final mission at the head of Carrefour Italy, he claimed his retirement rights. He is currently President of Page Conseil.

VERA GORBACHEVA

A graduate of the Povolzhsky State University of Telecommunications and Computer Science (engineering degree with honors) in 1998, Vera Gorbacheva developed management skills during a career in local and international logistics companies in Russia. She started working in the logistics sector with the national logistics company 18 years ago as head of regional development (she was responsible for the development of logistics services in all regions of Russia, from the northwest to the Far Eastern Federal District). She continued her career as a sales and marketing manager at a local 3PL company. She was director of customs business development at an international service provider and joined ID Logistics Russia in 2012 as director of business development during the start-up phase of the company. 6 months later, she was appointed deputy general manager. In January 2019, she was appointed general manager of ID Logistics in Russia.
