Ideami S.p.A. has completed an IPO in the amount of €250 million.

Ideami SpA is an Italy-based company, which operates mainly as a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The Company follows private placements that involved a number of ordinary shares, primarily in small and medium-sized enterprises and companies with high growth potential. Ideami SpA is the first institutional SPAC promoted by Banca IMI and DeA Capital and is dedicated to the search for targets among medium-sized, unlisted Italian companies with high potential for value creation, companies with strategic positioning, family businesses and spin off. The Company's scope of activity encompasses a number of areas, including companies pertaining to the service sector, asset management, investments in private equity funds and co-investment funds, among others.
