"I'm conscious that new customer wins have been slower than expected, however I am pleased that we validated

demand for our products in 2021, by signing new deals with Mastercard, HomeSend, Novatti and Standard Chartered

Australia, and renewing our contract with HSBC for another three years.

We also finished 2021 with a refreshed team of industry experts in critical sales, marketing and product roles,

experienced in capitalising on opportunities and transforming interest in our platform into sustainable revenue growth.

We have never started a year with so many success ingredients already behind us.

There continues to be significant interest, from right across the financial services industry, in our platform that

automates AML/CTF reporting to regulators. It's a global industry problem, mounting pressure is forcing investment in

the space, there are very few competitors, and our solution is live processing transactions for several global companies.
