An unknown buyer acquired 15.19% stake in IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A054800) from NXC Corporation on May 2, 2018. As per terms, NXC Corporation sold 1.57 million shares and reduced its stake in IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd. from 23.9% to 8.71%.
