IGB Eletronica S.A. Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

IGB Eletronica SA, formerly Gradiente Eletronica SA, is a Brazil-based company engaged in the production and retail of electronic devices. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was involved in the rental of its industrial and commercial real estate properties, manufacturing equipment and the brand name Gradiente to Companhia Brasileira de Tecnologia Digital, which is engaged in the production and sale of consumer electronics. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two subsidiaries: Pokios Armazens Gerais Ltda and Compania Tilestar SA.
