IGLOO SECURITY, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A067920) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares up to KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares under the contract with Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until October 30, 2019. As of October 29, 2018, the company had 871,558 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 1,001 shares in treasury under other buyback.
