Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers owns and manages shopping centers and jointly-operated real estate complexes. At the end of 2018, the group operated a network of 18 shopping centers, 3 business towers and a premium outlet, totaling 757,355 m2 with a market value of BRL1,285 million.
