Ihlas Holding AS (Ihlas) is a Turkey-based holding company active in various sectors including media, construction, production and marketing, mining, health and tourism, and education through a number of subsidiaries. Ihlas Media Holding runs the media activities of the Company, engaging in television and radio broadcasting, publishing of daily newspaper, magazines, as well as operating a news agency. In the construction sector, the Company is involved in building resorts and residential houses, as well as non-residential buildings, such as offices and school campuses. Ihlas Pazarlama markets and distributes Ihlas branded products through a network of sales points. Ihlas's manufacturing division includes Ihlas Ev Aletleri, Tarsan, Bisan and Kristal Cola. The Education Group operates elementary and high schools. Mining Group operates through Ihlas Mining, holding exploration licenses for a number of mining areas.
