Tang Dynasty Investment Group Limited acquired Image International Group, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction.

Image International Group, Inc., formerly Owlhead Minerals Corp., is an exploration-stage company. The Company's principal business is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company's group of claims (cells) is known as the Teako Property. The Teako property is centered approximately 20 kilometers southwest of the community of Kitwanga in northwestern British Columbia. The Teako cells are located half way between Terrace and Smithers, British Columbia, and are near the gold rush town of Hazelton British Columbia. The property consists of approximately five material take off (MTO) claims situated on Mineral Titles map sheets 103P.009, which include Teako, Owl, Surprise, Lucky Dawg and Little Dawg. Owlhead Minerals (BC) Corp. is a subsidiary of the Company, which holds under-surface rights only to the property. The property is covered by crown land. There are over two areas in the eastern part of the property with privately held surface rights.
