IMAGE MAGIC Inc. has filed an IPO.

Image Magic Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in developing its business as a digital transformation (DX) company for manufacturing that utilizes the system. The On-demand Print Solution (ODPS) segment provides on-demand print services for products such as apparel and miscellaneous goods using the Internet, and provides on-demand print mechanisms to businesses such as apparel makers and printing companies. The on-demand print service is a service that prints and delivers the data submitted by the customer through the Internet site in a short delivery time from the order received, and is promoted by two channels, in-house sales and orders from partner companies. ODPS provides a production management system that has been improved with DX know-how as a cloud service, and sells hardware (printers, folding machines, packing and shipping machines) related to the production and shipping processes cultivated through the on-demand print service.
