IC Places, Inc. announced that it has formed a partnership with Empire Media Center to become the new home of the Imagine TV Network. Imagine TV is a new TV network which will Inspire, Motivate and Entertain its audience, built around the World's most fascinating Motivators, Producers, Educators and Authors. Under the agreement, Imagine TV will brand Empire Media Center as the home of the Imagine TV Network.

Imagine TV shows filmed at Empire will be titled Brought to from Empire Media Center in Glendale California. As promotional consideration, Imagine TV will be given full use of the facilities to film and produce its in-house productions. IC Places, Inc. has also signed an agreement with Empire Media Center to become the Company's new corporate headquarters.
