Hideki Egawa signed a contract to acquire 79.6 % stake in M Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from Immuno-Biological Laboratories Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4570), Mitsuru Onishi and others for ¥20.6 million on March 27, 2015. Under the terms of the deal, 1,720 shares will be acquired. As of March 31, 2014, M Cosmetics had net assets of ¥84.56 million and total assets of ¥99.25 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Immuno-Biological Laboratories on March 27, 2015. The tentative share transfer date March 31, 2015.
