Inbound Tech Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the multilingual customer relation management (CRM) business and sales outsourcing business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Multilingual CRM segment mainly provides contact services to provide inquiries from end users. The segment operates 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, and supports 12 languages including Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, French, Tagalog and Nepali. The Sales Outsourcing business segment mainly provides services that allow sales (inside sales) to prospective customers on behalf of clients. The segment provides product introductions, questionnaire surveys and other sales related services.
