Interstellar Technologies Inc. announced that it will receive ¥1,770,000,000 in a round of funding on December 17, 2021.
On the same date, the company has received ¥1,770,000,000 in first tranche closing. The transaction involved participation from INCLUSIVE Inc., CyberAgent, Inc., Serial Incubate Co., Ltd., Sunco Industries Co.,Ltd., Seven Stars Capital No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, Makoto Fujita, Mizuki Nakajima, Anna Nakajima, Hiroshi Yamamoto. The company raised funding through third party allotment method.
INCLUSIVE Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the support of the expansion and monetization of Internet services for media companies and business companies. The digital communications business provides five services. Media management service mainly provides media companies such as TV stations and publishers with content planning and production on the Web.
