A Final Dividend of =N=0.50 for every share of 50K, subject to appropriate withholding

tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of

Proposed Dividend

Members as at the close of business on 13th day of June 2024.

Closure of Register

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 14th June 2024 to 21st June 2024.

Qualification Date

13th June, 2024

On 2nd July 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names

appear on the Register of Members as at 13th June 2024 and who have completed the e-

dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their

Bank accounts.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download
