Cogobuy Group Appoints Qiyuan Ma as Independent Non-Executive Director, A Member of the Audit Committee

Cogobuy Group announced that Dr. Qiyuan Ma has been appointed by the Company as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board of the Company, with effect from June 2, 2017. Dr. Ma, PhD, aged 60, is the Chairman and CEO of Time Medical System Corp., a leading technology innovator in medical imaging and service industry he founded in 2006. Dr. Ma has over 25 years of experience in R&D management in the US. Dr. Ma served as a professor at Columbia University from 1994 to 2000, Associate Professor of Harvard Medical School from 2000 to 2005 and Deputy Director of Magnetic Resonance Engineering Center of the University of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2004. Dr. Ma holds 25 patents and has published more than 200 papers. Dr. Ma is engaged in the field of microelectronic devices, superconducting technology, RF devices, biomedical electronics, and medical imaging.
