Inland Homes plc announced the appointment of Jolyon Harrison as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Group. Jolyon has over 50 years of house building experience, including as Chief Executive Officer of MJ Gleeson plc where he served as Chief Executive Officer between October 2014 and June 2019, having joined the group in 2009 and previously been Managing Director of Gleeson Homes. Prior to that he was founder and Chairman of Pelham Construction /NorthCountry Homes Group and was also Managing Director of Shepherd Homes.

Additionally, Jolyon has served as a member of the North East Housing Board, a member of NHBC Standards Committee and a Council member of the Home Builder's Federation. He was also Chairman of York Housing Association. Jolyon has a beneficial holding of 4.94% in Inland Homes.

Nishith Malde, who was one of the founding shareholders of the Group in 2005 and is currently Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer, has advised the Board of his intention to retire and step down as a director of Inland Homes, following an appropriate handover period following Jolyon's appointment. Nishith will remain available in an advisory capacity to the business on a consultancy basis for a period of 12 months thereafter. Jolyon Leonard Harrison, aged 75.

Mr. Harrison was appointed director of JDP Contracting Services Limited in March 2008. JDP Contracting Services Limited subsequently appointed an administrator in August 2018 and was dissolved in November 2021 while Mr. Harrison was still a director.
